Before you ask
How long is the minimum engagement?
Retainers start with three months, then continue month to month. Strategy, shoot days and UGC are single projects.
Do you understand Ahpra advertising rules?
Yes. The founder is a practising oral health therapist. Every healthcare brief is written to the rules, and your principal approves clinical content before it goes live.
Do you work outside Sydney?
We are based in Sydney and travel for shoot days. Travel outside the Sydney metropolitan area is charged at cost, agreed in advance.
Who owns the content?
Retainer clients can use everything we make on their own channels once paid. UGC usage, paid ads rights and raw footage are agreed in each proposal.
Will you be in our videos?
For practices, your team is the face and we direct. For UGC, the founder can appear on camera.
How do you measure results?
A monthly report on enquiries, consultations and bookings alongside reach, saves and follows.
